Terms of Mandate
1. Nature of Engagement
All services provided by BeGlobal Algeria (the "Operating Name") and Nardjes Laneche ("the Consultant") are performed on a freelance basis. These terms govern the strategic consultancy mandates and access to the intelligence hub. We operate as strategic intermediaries; no engagement constitutes an employment contract or a traditional legal retainer.
2. Client Portal & Digital Assets
Access to the client portal, hosted via Netlify and EdApp, is strictly reserved for authorized mandate holders. Digital credentials provided for educational courses and intelligence briefs are non-transferable. BeGlobal reserves the right to terminate session access for any breach of security protocols.
3. Intellectual Property
All methodologies, strategic frameworks, and interpretive insights provided during a mandate remain the intellectual property of Nardjes Laneche. Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use these insights for their specific internal decision-making purposes as defined in the signed Mandate Agreement.
4. Limitation of Liability
The Consultant provides high-level interpretive intelligence. While we strive for absolute accuracy within the Algerian sovereign ecosystem, the Consultant shall not be liable for any commercial or legal consequences resulting from decisions made by the Client based on these strategic insights.
